In case of problems with the product after receiving the product (eg: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product does not match with the image, etc.) you can get the full value of the purchased product back subject to the following conditions.

1) You must mail to visiontex08@gmail.com within maximum 48 hours after receiving the delivery.

2) In case of refund, the product should be completely intact with the box.

3) You must return the product to your office today within 7 working days at your own risk.

4) If the product has the price written on it and for some reason the merchant price of today's deal is more than that, then in case of extra price you have to register the complaint by mail to visiontex08@gmail.com within 48 hours. If your complaint is correct, the extra value you paid will be refunded within 10 working days of development.

5) In case of advance  payment, if the product is not in stock or the buyer is not willing to take, the order will be canceled and refund will be given to the number from which the advance payment has been made.

Delivery

Delivery will be done within 7 days inside Dhaka and 10 within days outside Dhaka. If product is not available in stock, it will take 10-15 working days to deliver.
